1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing amsoftbd, subscribing to our AI insights, or executing a Statement of Work (SOW) for AI development services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Scope of AI Engineering Services
amsoftbd provides custom AI applications, fund administration automation, automated financial modeling tools, and strategic consulting. Specific project deliverables, milestone schedules, SLAs, and technical specifications are formally defined in individual Statements of Work executed between amsoftbd and the Client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership
Client Ownership of Deliverables
Upon full payment of agreed project invoices, the Client owns 100% of all bespoke application source code, custom trained weights, and workflow configurations developed specifically for the Client under the engagement.
amsoftbd Core IP & Frameworks
amsoftbd retains ownership of its pre-existing core software libraries, general UI design tokens, baseline model connectors, and underlying boilerplate frameworks utilized across engagements.
4. Acceptable Use & Conduct
When utilizing our website or AI platforms, you agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our proprietary AI architecture.
- Input malicious code, fraudulent financial data, or unlawfully acquired personal identifiers.
- Perform unauthorized security scans, DDoS attacks, or API rate-limit abuse.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, amsoftbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, AI outputs, or data projections. Artificial Intelligence models produce probabilistic recommendations and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before executing critical business decisions.
